Read moreThe Sangria/Cabernet/Sweet JC are my favorite. Their Charcuterie Boards (we call them adult lunchables) are phenomenal. Good place to start your Calvert visit! The wife and I come here often. The owners, Pat and Karen, are some of the best people we know. They grow their grapes and age their own wine right across the river at their Vinyard, which is also open to the public.

My wife gave me this look of "aren't you going to make a u-turn so we can have a glass of wine?" So I did! What an adorable winery.
