Vista Point — Attraction in Cambria

We stopped by for a visit as part of my tour the country tour. We were there in June, 2023. This vista looks like a nice place for viewing the Pacific Ocean. Maybe even some of the elephant seals we saw down the road. But when we were there it was hazy which limited the view of the ocean. There were no seals. And there was a lot of debris in the water cluttering up the area around the rocks and such. It looked like sea weed or similar. But it was pretty much everywhere. As such the views and especially the pictures we tried to take, were not very good. It was nice for a view. But not what it probably is. I bet on a clear day, or at least clear water, the views are probably great. It's a shame we just...

Great place to check out the elephant seals and most likely not as busy as the neighbouring elephant seal stop. Granted there are nowhere near as seals as just down the road but you'll have an easier time getting close up with the additional benefit of not having the otherwise awful stench larger...

It was a great place to see elephant seals.. went on Jan 2022.. there are lot of elephant seals.. saw breading seals.. lot of pups.. feeding seals… the pups were cute.. the makes were fighting… it was wild there… loved it.. little crowd on that day.. there was enough parking.. would love to come...
