EMR Camden (6th Street) — Attraction in Camden

Never had any issues with this yard any issues that ever made me feel any type of concern have been delt with in a timely manner I've even had an experience with not receiving my payment because I thought the machine wasn't working correctly and it was in fact running slower than expected but I didn't realize my payment was disbursed and another person actually took my payment after video review by management they showed me the payment paid and it also showed I didn't receive it both party's were at fault but as to show good faith to a repeat customer they reissued the payment to me even know if was paid to another individual the payment was for$ 280.00 and just before Thanksgiving and that helped me and my family out especially when the holiday was the following day. Can't say that I would ever be disappointed the staff knows there shit and don't talk down to people which shows a lot about a person even more so being located in Camden which already gives people a reason to feel some way about that my opinion and the proof is in the pudding I don't go to any other yard ever . Emr is the only yard I take my scrap to... they offer the highest prices around and have friendly and knowledgeable employees. The yard is well kept, haven’t gotten any flat tires from screws / metal debris like I have in other yards... they will match or beat anyone else’s price with adequate proof, and offer suggestions on what to do with your material in order for you to get top dollar. And over the summer they have customer appreciation day which is quite admirable. It shows that they appreciate everyone’s business which is more then you can say for most of the other yards around. One last thing I like about emr is that they do a good job at keeping the outside of the yard as clean as possible, considering how many people break down material outside on the street and just throw the trash on the ground, they make an honest attempt to keep up with it and keep it clean... If I was starving and had a truck full of copper I’d rather just throw it in the trash instead of go here. Junkies everywhere. They deleted my ticket and told me to come back another day. I came back the next day and they told me have to wait another day. The manager was chill tho and I got my money but this place sucks. Allied recycling on 206 is way better.
