It used to be better when the museum was still there. And what happened to the civil war cemetery that was right near it? Probably lost in the woods now. I believe it had Union and Confederate graves. Of course that was 40 years ago when I lived down the road at...

This is a wonderful park to visit, no matter what season. We love the views and the history of the area. There are areas anyone can manage easily if you want to take a quick stroll or if you need a bit more of a challenge. Either way, a camera is a must.

Another great state park in Tennessee. The trails are well kept and had some beautiful views. A variety of mileage depending on what you're looking for.
