Lake Breeze Event Center — Attraction in Camdenton

The venue was nice and the event planner was helpful to keep an even flow before the wedding. It started out as a great process ended in disaster. My suggestion is to bring your own speakers. Sadly the speakers kept cutting out & shutting off. The bride & groom stood there for roughly 7 minutes because they couldn't get the speakers to work. ( We have multiple videos showing this ). Thankfully someone had a speaker in their car & we were able to finish everything up. No one knew when it was time to eat & people were eating food as the event planner was setting up. When it came time for the cutting of the cake many people missed it because no one knew. As the night wrapped up I went in to talk to the planner & personally thank them for their hard work. ( this was before the bench ordeal ) Our night ended horribly because a guest broke a bench. The event planner called the owner & they demanded money for the wooden bench before we left for damages. They didn't care that the speakers didn't work & wouldn't compromise at all. The owner came to the venue to get her $120. She was loud, demanding, shoved my boyfriend ( her boyfriend grabbed her back ) , got in a few other peoples face and was belligerent to the rest of the guest. The individual paid for the bench & they refused to provide a receipt. I was simply trying to get a receipt that they refused to give one or email one. We were told they didn't have to provide us with anything. Instead the owner called the police & hoped everyone that attended got a DUI. A beautiful day ended on a not perfect note. Before booking this venue do your research & check other places because you can get it less somewhere else. It saddens me that the owner took the approach she did. My parents are from Richland Mo. My relatives live in Crocker. This should've never happened. We are in disbelief still the approach...

Where to begin?! Lake Breeze (both terrace and resort) deserves ALL the stars. Whether you're looking for an affordable & quiet getaway, or booking a small wedding- these guys have you covered! Gena and her team were SO helpful, kind, & professional. I had never planned a wedding (or any "large scale" event for that matter) but Gena helped me literally every step of the way. She made the whole process go SO smoothly by being responsive on all of my many questions prior, recommending excellent vendors, and setting up all the decor, etc., with her team. Gena is truly an amazing and down to earth person to trust and work with. Not to mention the venue itself is just adorable and was perfect for us ( we had about 60 guests). While I cant speak on this myself, family staying in town for the wedding booked a cabin with Lake Breeze and thought they were perfect! Clean, multiple options on sizes/rooms as they had kids, pool and commons area was great- no complaints!

I can go on forever simply because she is such a great person-and also her team ensured everything went so smoothly. I honestly can not find a single negative to say about Lake Breeze as I believe they are one of the Ozarks hidden gems.

Should also note we live in Colorado and I never once had to doubt Gena coordinating the whole shebang!! She truly has a knack for wedding/event...

Words cannot fully express how much we loved Lake Breeze Terrace! We hosted our wedding reception there in August 2024, and it was truly a magical experience. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a beautiful setting that makes it perfect for any event.

However, what really set Lake Breeze Terrace apart was the exceptional level of care and service provided by the staff. From the very beginning, they ensured we knew exactly what to expect and helped us prepare every detail for the reception. Their communication was top-notch, and they made sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy a stress-free, unforgettable evening.
