I have been going to Lake George with my children and now my grandchild since this lovely, spring-fed lake was opened to the public back in the day (year?); 25 to 30 years. Both sides are well kept, the staff is always friendly and helpful, BUT the lake is pristine. I highly recommend Lake George.

Loved it the even know it was the wrong time to go still had an awesome time exploring everywhere with the dog and letting your sniff everything Also got tons of drone footage from my YouTube channel was definitely a great time I suggest anyone in the area should go there for fun or photos

Great Place to swim for free, or drive all the way past the boat landing and pay to use the big swimming area. Awesome lake to spend the day on as well. Facilities are available as well. Worth a visit!

Best park East of the Piscataqua River. 300 foot Sandy Beach on the east side of the park and a more relaxed quiet setting with a small Beach on the west and a walking path to an island that has picnic tables and barbecue charcoal grills. There's also Trails for hiking on both sides. The east side has a concession stand and Rental Booth where they rent Kayaks and paddleboards. Clean bathrooms in great staff. They even have a doggie Beach on the...

The east side has a very small area roped off for swimming, but seems to be mostly for picnics. The west side down a long (unmaintained) road is the big swimming area. It’s relatively crowded and is like $7-8 per person. People over 65 get in free, and veterans get in free. They gave us a ticket on the east side so we could get in on the west without paying again, so that was nice. Overall it was great, just the...

Awesome Place!! Please note: There are TWO entrances. An east and a west. If you want good swimming for kids, go to the east side. You can swim on the west side as well (including kids) but, the east side is more beachy for kids and sitting in the sun. The west side is more grassy and shaded.
