Cahokia Rice — Attraction in Cape Girardeau

I’m diabetic and decided to try Cahokia rice after reading about it on the web. My wife is Asian and we have a fair amount of white rice which has a high glycemic index. Cahokia has a lower GI. We were very pleasantly surprised that for all intents the Cahokia was the same as regular white rice. Actually, it seems a little fluffier and softer. Did well in our stir-fries, sushi and Chinese porridge. Very please to find another product that tastes great and plays nicer with my sugar control.

After using up my first order I stand with my 5-star initial review. Besides the health benefits that led my to try Cahokia the first time, both my wife and I find the taste and texture superior to regular white rice. It cooks that same. I have been buying Cahokia rice for some time and my exoerience has been very good in general. Love the rice. My only reason for a 4 instead of a five is that it is difficult to get a hold of anyone. The chat bot isn't online even when it's supposed to be and ge=nerally says it will send my inquiry to a live agent who will be in touch in a short while. I never heard back from anyone. I did not take any photos of the rice. A farm actually gave me two bags in a gift basket last year, in the fall. I liked it so much, that after the supply had been exhausted, I decided to purchase a subscription. It's excellent rice! I follow the directions and it was simple.
