Beautiful and peaceful but very windy. Which we as a plus for us cause when we visited it was really hot. Perfect spot for a roadside picinic. There are no restrooms but not far down the road at the park headquarters there are some. Seriously, the views are breathtakingly gorgeous. If you visit, you won't be disappointed. We tried doing some astrophotography, but this spot is right next to the highway and car headlight beams can be seen on the mountain and ruin the shot. There are some picnic areas with trash bins. Ground is covered with small gravel. Watch out if you're walking around in the dark. I tripped and fell.
