This is a great park to bring the kids. Plenty of play areas, clean, & sturdy equipment. Baseball/soccer fields are well maintained. Dog park is a good place to bring your fur babies to get some energy out. Basketball court is decent & there's a short goal for the little ones. Skate park is popular, as there's always people there. Nice tennis courts also. My son loves coming here and playing with his friends. You can also rent out the shelter for parties/gatherings. 3 hours for $30 for non-residents, $20 for residents. Overall, we really enjoy this park and will be coming here for...

So when it comes to your standard issue park fare this place has you covered and it does a great job of it. Plenty of space for sports, activities, and the playground are awesome for the little ones and in great shape... but it's the extras that come with the deal that make it a ride worth taking. It's got a great concrete skatepark and a brand new island greenway that's opening soon as of the writing of this review that is shaping up to be a beautiful thing for all your biking, walking, and running needs. Kind of a hidden gem on an island that is normally known for...

Great local park and facilities for the Carolina Beach community. We have used the sports fields for our son’s soccer practice, the dog parks for our 3 dogs, playground for our youngest son, and always love to see the skateboarders at the skate park. Feel very fortunate to have all of this close by, and have it be so well maintained.

Also the greenway that starts here, is very nice for my daily...

Really nice park with picnic tables, lots of shade, plenty of places to play on the playground, nice basketball courts, and clean bathrooms. Would highly recommend coming here to play and relax! This is located in between Carolina and Kure beach on the back road that connects them. Really unique baby swing too!
