Ahora "los" monitores CASTIGAN con UN TIME OUT los niños SIN consultar a los padres. Estuve bien molesta por esa situación porque llego al punto de ser la palabra del monitor contra la mía. NO IMPORTAN LAS CIRCUSTANCIAS, NADIE DE AQUASOL SE RESERVA EL DERECHO DE CASTIGAR CON UN TIME A LOS NINOS DE LOS DEMAS. LOS PADRES SE RESPONSABILIZAN Y PUNTO. SI HAY UN PROBLEMA EL PARQUE SE TIENE QUE DIRIGIR A LOS PADRES Y NO TOMAR EN SUS MANOS LA LIBRE DECISION DE UN TIME OUT. Estoy todavía molesta porque NADIE de la oficina me ha devuelto mi llamada; 4 veces llame y 2 veces deje mensajes. Yo pido una disculpa de parte de Aquasol y mas importante una disculpa de parte del monitor a mi hijas. Si ese o cualquier monitor no puede bregar con niños, debe buscar empleo en otra cosa y no en Aquasol.
