We go every summer now for the last 6 yrs to the beach. It's reasonably priced, however there's no life guard. Nice, clean sandy beach with picnic area right by the beach. We have a great time every time we go. Thanks to the summer staff for making it a nice visit.

This is one of the most beautiful places to visit in southern Illinois. Anytime you go there you will see some kind of beautiful wildlife. Great for family's, fisherman, photographers, and anyone wanting to relax and unwind. So many things to explore, but I highly recommend this place! Check out the visitor center for more information on all the amazing places around...

The banks are so overgrown at wolf creek causeway that my children and I can't get near enough for an enjoyable experience! The weeds are as tall as my 6 & 7 year old girls. I've never seen it like this...why redo the banks with the oversized rocks, a sidewalk and benches if you didn't plan...
