It's one of the very few places to walk that I've found that has a woodland unpaved path, which circles a lovely pond. I think for a rustic park it is overly manicured, but the variety of trees and the charming bridges make up for that. It's a great place to watch...

Nice short dirt trail around the pond, approximately 0.6 miles. Canoe / kayak launch, would be a great place to learn to paddle as it is enclosed, small. Playground, picnic area, restrooms. Not far from intersection highway...
