Awesome local Dog park. Not big enough to encourage play for my guys and was stifling hot when we showed up for first pit stop on trip to Joshua Tree. It was within a bigger park system, so VERY nice ambiance. Met a nice elementary teacher there and her cute dogs, especially the pug/Chi mix who loves bad boys already and followed the indifferent Kobi around till he finally stopped growling at her. Read moreEarlier I posted a review saying this park is closed and I was bummed because it didn’t say closed on google. I was wrong. It will be closed Oct 2nd- mid November.
This was my first time at this park as I am new to town. It’s a great park. Super spacious. There are shaded areas and water for the dogs. There is also a sand pit.
When we went there were no other dogs. I’m assuming because it was 100°.
