The Bella Donna Wedding Chapel & Event Center — Attraction in Catoosa

Let us begin by saying we were married July 1, 2017 at St. Benedicts Catholic Church and we celebrated with a reception at Vesica Pieces Chapel. Knowing we were going to have a Catholic wedding, we were only searching for a venue for the reception. As we traveled from place to place looking for something large enough to accommodate 170+ guests we were finding it difficult to choose the right location for us. That is until we came across the wonderful people and beautiful venue in Catoosa known as Vesica Piscis Chapel.

When we first walked in the venue we thought to ourselves, “This place is beautiful but there is no way we will be able to afford such a luxurious reception.” Boy were we wrong. After our meeting with the team (Judy, Crystal, and Kyla) at Vesica and understanding what all the reception package included (reception hall, servers, table settings, bar tenders, catering, cake, floral centerpieces, DJ, limousine, and some of the best staff I’ve meet) we did the math and quickly realized their package costs were equivalent to sourcing all these services out to varying vendors. The best thing was, we only had to worry about paying one business and they would handle coordinating all the vendors.

We cannot say enough good things about the team at Vesica Piscis Chapel. They helped us handle every little detail of the wedding and always put our minds at ease when we worried about something not getting done properly. From meeting our needs when it came to the layout of the venue, to putting up pictures of loved ones who had passed, they covered it all for us. The staff here was very professional and after the event, we had numerous compliments from our guests about how pleasant everyone was and how helpful they were when it was time to pack up all the decorations and goodies from the evening.

One of our favorite things about choosing Vesica was having them help coordinate all the other vendors. We were very pleased with each vendor (Blue Label Bartending, Serving Hands Wedding and Flowers, Icing On The Top Cake, Banks Entertainment, Absolute Limousine, and the in-house catering). Everyone involved did a wonderful job of making us feel extra special on our wedding day and for that we are thankful. If we would make any changes to our experience with Vesica, it would be to add a photographer to the wedding package. Personally, we choose to use Stapleton’s and they were AMAZING! We would love to see them team with Vesica Piscis Chapel because the combination of those two produced some of the most beautiful wedding pictures we have seen (yes we are probably a little bias LOL).

Once more, enough cannot be said about how wonderful the team at Vesica Piscis Chapel is! We certainly would recommend anyone using them for your wedding needs. We are ecstatic that we choose them and wouldn’t have changed it for anything.

The women at Vesica did an amazing job! They went above and beyond to make sure nothing interrupted my or my husband's enjoyment of our wedding day, the food was delicious, the pianist for the ceremony did a great job, the cake looked great, and the chapel is absolutely beautiful. Having them coordinate the catering, DJ, and cake made wedding planning much easier and they were a lot of fun to work with. My mom also really appreciated that they handled getting all the gifts and decorations into our cars. They just make everything so much easier and more enjoyable. If I had to pick again, I would pick them without hesitation. I just have a couple tips for brides - know that 7 hours is not enough time to get ready there and plan on getting a hotel room at the Holiday Inn or La Quinta by there (they have studio suites that were perfect for having hair and make-up done), make sure you emphasize what you want from the DJ (he got everyone dancing at my wedding, but ignored some of my requests. The other man I met from the agency was great so maybe this dude was just having a bad day), and if you use bartenders and don't want them to have a tip jar out make that abundantly clear (we paid them plenty to be there for our reception and they still had a tip jar out which I did not appreciate). But honestly, if those are my only even slight qualms, Vesica did an absolutely amazing job. They even sorted through their trash because my husband's wedding day gift got lost. I can't emphasize enough what a fantastic job they did and how happy I am I picked them as our venue. I got married at Bella Donna Wedding Chapel a month ago, and I’m still floating on cloud nine! From the very first meeting to the last magical moment of our big day, the experience was absolutely flawless — and that’s all thanks to Tyler and her incredible team.

Every detail was handled with care, love, and true professionalism. Tyler made me feel like I was her only bride, personalizing every aspect of the day to match our vision perfectly. The decor, the flow of the ceremony, the coordination everything was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. It genuinely felt like our wedding was tailored just for us.

The venue itself is stunning, but it’s the warmth and dedication of the staff that make Bella Donna truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was not only perfect, but unforgettable. I didn’t have to worry about a thing , I was able to truly enjoy every moment, surrounded by love and beauty.
