Wonderful place to walk, especially for older people or people who have issues with stairs. I can always get a beautiful sunset picture here. My only issue with this beach and it is the same issue I have with all California State beaches, is the leash law that is not enforced. The law is there for a reason, let's try and remember that. Have to set up back from the tide, tho, due to washed-up ocean plants and flies that swarm up if you step on the dead bunches of flora. CAUTION: On sunny days, the sand is Very Hot!!
