I know when you are not the host of a party you really do not have much say in how things are done in regards to the party but aside from that you do. This past Sunday my daughter attended a party for one of her close friends and her mother and I stayed throughout the duration of that party so we could play with her as well. We showed up to confusion on where the party was if it was in the party rooms or out in the main area in a designated area, it ended up being in the main area which took nearly 5 minutes to establish. I had located the party prior to an associate finding it. Moving forward, we then went to get pop and did as such but realized for the 15 people we had nowhere near enough cups (8 kids paid for) so we went to get cups for the extra people only to find out that just for a cup, even if we had pitchers of pop was over $2 (via Andrew I believe was his name). We passed and later got "water cups" for the extra people. Who charges $2 for an empty cup when the soda is already purchased? Not to mention the party was only provided with 6 of the 8 kids cups in the R/W/B Pepsi cups, after asking my friend (the childs father hosting the party) why my daughter and one of the other children had received water cups and was told "they ran out" however there was multiple other cups up there matching those that the other kids had. We then move forward, the facility in regards to the play area is improved, slightly, not much but the ball pit is a huge miscue, when I ventured as a kid that is what I loved the most. However, since the last time I was there (1 year or so) it appears that a majority of games were moved, replaced or non-existent which is disheartening to me because my 3 year old daughter had 2 games that classified in something that she would either enjoy or could play that she would be able to understand, in the end I get it, the kids want the tickets for prizes but more variety would be nice to have for the kids that are 3-4 that are not fully developed and understand the Monopoly Game or say can play Skee Ball without parental assistance.
Overall I give the facility a 2. I personally feel that PlayStation as gone downhill, almost the same as the Chuck E Cheese that we had locally that has now been removed...
Read moreVery disappointed the legendary black slide was taken out. They reduced the size of the play area by half! AND THIS IS GARBAGE! ALSO HAVING table SEATING IN THE PLAY AREA IS LAME AS H-E-DOUBLE-HOCKEY -STICKS. !!!!! BACK IN THE 90S THIS WAS THE PLACE KIDS BEGGED TO GO. DONT THINK IT WILL BE ANYMORE. TICKETS FOR THE ARCADE ARE WAY OVER PRICED AS WELL AS THE FOOD IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 2 KIDS. you see the whole point of coming to this place was to have a kid haven . A place to play hide and seek. Go down slides into ball pits. Get lost in the maze of tunnel's. But just like everything awesome this place is ruined. We drive an hour to come here- it needs to be worth it. Also kids dont get free tickets if its their birthday anymore also garbage. This place use to mean something. Now its no better than any other playground. I say save your money. Picnic at the park and go for a hike or pool. My advice for this place. Open up reserve area instead of having it roped off- after all Party rooms are there for a reason. This would offer people to have a place to sit and eat away from play area. Put in benches along all the walls by the play area and take out the tables this would offer twice and much seating. And put more play ground equipment back into the playstation. Its supposed to be a wonder world! Have a drawling where kids put there name in a bingo like basket and every two hours have a drawling offering free arcade tickets to the lucky winner this would spike up the fun for everyone. Its about the kids! Its about the adenovirus wonder and play they hold inside their spirits. Bring this back and you will have yourself a place little people would never forget. Thats the point isnt it. For these children to grow up and remember the play place. And when they grow old to bring their children here and it still be the wondeeful place they begged their parents to go to for their birthday and on a...
Read moreFun in theory, but the execution, and staff—need improvement.
I came to this trampoline and activity center hoping for an easygoing day with the kids, and while we made the best of it, the experience left a lot to be desired.
From the moment we checked in, the energy was off. The front desk staff member who greeted us (blonde hair, long fake nails) didn’t make eye contact, barely acknowledged us, and came across as unfriendly and disengaged. In a place designed for kids and families, this kind of first impression matters and unfortunately, it set the tone.
The facility includes a climbing zone, a small café, an arcade, and open space for kids to play. Marley, who was working at the prize area, was the absolute highlight of our visit. She was warm, upbeat, and engaging with every child who approached her. She truly brought the kind of energy this place should be known for: fun, respectful, and interactive. If every staff member had her approach, this would be a five-star review. She deserves a promotion or at the very least, recognition.
That said, the rest of the staff seemed either disinterested or unprepared to manage the space. Kids were sprinting around recklessly, bumping into others and causing minor chaos with no supervision or redirection. Staff members were either too young, too inexperienced, or simply unwilling to intervene.
Several arcade machines were broken, without signage, and remained so even after it was brought to staff’s attention. Kids were losing tokens repeatedly and having to return to the counter to ask for help, which became frustrating and took away from the fun.
This center has potential, but what it really needs is not just updated attractions, but a serious upgrade in staff training, supervision, and customer engagement. A fun place should feel fun, safe, and welcoming and right now, it’s missing the mark. We visited...
