Disappointed and Disrespected - A Member’s Last Visit
As a dedicated member of Eden Hill Winery for over a year, I reached my breaking point today. I brought three friends along, excited to share one of my favorite spots, only to be treated as an inconvenience from the moment we entered. Despite our obvious intention to enjoy a few bottles and even take some to go, it felt as if we were invisible. Not a single staff member approached to greet or serve us, even though there was only one other party in the entire establishment.
After waiting far too long, we finally approached the checkout counter, where the staff members seemed unfazed by our complaints. When we inquired about canceling our memberships due to the repeated poor service, they handed over the president’s email without hesitation and sent us on our way. It wasn’t until I insisted on addressing the issue that Neil finally gave me a moment to express my concerns.
This is far from the first time I’ve had to chase down service or practically beg for attention at Eden Hill. Given how many bottles I’ve purchased here and how many friends I’ve introduced to the winery, I felt truly disregarded. It’s disappointing that my loyalty as a member was met with such indifference.

Read moreAll of their wines are from Texas Grapes. The tasting set up is brilliant. You have a seat and they bring the tastings straight to the table. If you want a snack EVERYTHING is amazing. The wines are definitely for people that have a palette for the unsweets and drys. My husband and I are sweet wine drinkers and there was nothing that was sweet. They have a Red semi sweet. It is not very sweet at all. The Moscato is semi sweet. If 2 sweet wines could be added to the mix this would be the most well rounded winery in Texas I would have ever been to. That is the only thing they are lacking. The servers were very attentive and accommodating. The Moscato was not even on the menu and they let us change it out for one of the wines...
Read moreWe have been visiting Eden Hill for the past few years now. It is by far the best Winery in North Texas. The wines are amazing! The Staff is so helpful and friendly. It's the perfect spot to hop in the car on a Saturday, take a scenic drive in the country, and enjoy some great wines with friends or family. Clark & Linda are the owners and are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The wines are very reasonably priced and they also offer custom cheese trays that are delicious. They have frequent events including live music, sip & shop events, holiday events, and much more. If you haven't taken the time to visit this beautiful winery in Celina, TX, then I highly recommend you take the time to do so. You won't be...
