Stopped in based on a recommendation from a coworker, and discovered a total hidden gem! Jackson and Cheryl were amazing hosts, and Jackson himself is the winemaker. He was so knowledgeable and informative, in a no-pressure, casual-chat kind of way. He is clearly passionate and methodical in his craft, and we enjoyed learning about both the chemistry side of wine and the bysiness side of running a winery. Cheryl was so kind, genuine and capable. It was a treat watching the two of them run the tasting room with grace and ease. They still managed to give us a personalized tasting, even when a couple large groups came in.
Unlike many wineries throughout the US that buy grapes grown elsewhere or even wine made by others, the vast majority of wines on offer at Square Cloud are grown right on the property. The wines themselves are delicious, and very clean tasting. In general, I can get a little sensitive to wine. Jackson and Cheryl were so welcoming, it truly felt like they enjoyed having us there. We will...
Read moreMy husband and I tasted all the wines and were impressed with all of them. We are usually sweet only wine drinkers but since the tasting is FREE we tasted all. You can actually taste the hints of flavors instead of the bitterness. Of course the last 3 of the taste were our favorites because that is just us. The couple that own it will sit and talk with you about their passon of making wine and growing grapes. They even give you a little chocolate to taste the last 2 with. DELISH! Pulling into the winery there are grapes everywhere. The air smells of grapes. I wish I could bottle the air and take it with me. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and encourage them to come out and soak in...

I mean from the ride in taking in the beautiful surroundings, to the acres of different grapevines, to the lake out back and the passion in the conversation about their craft was truly appreciated and a blessing to be apart of. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely be back to volunteer and partake in a few bottles of WPR. Jackson and Cheryl are the bomb.com, thank you both for allowing us to share your space and...
