My email inquiry had a response within 30 minutes. They gave me a detailed response regarding what my repair options were and informed me what their business hours were for drop-off.

I dropped off my laptop same-day and they offered to expedite the repair for same-day pickup. I was taken aback by how far above and beyond their customer service is. Unfortunately I was in a rush so I couldn't wait for the repair and had to pick it up the next-day. The bill was far less than I expected.

I'll definitely be coming back and I highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff, are computer wizards, and make you feel like you're getting a family & friends discount.

I have used Steve and/or Justin for some years now. They are very competent, responsible, honest, and are good with returning phone calls, [ and also coming as promised for any necessary home visit.] This a.m we were able to switch from Xfinity internet [and its bundled TV package] to a small device for local channels, My Internet service was also switched over successfully, and they always school me on how to handle different issues with my computers. [but are gracious to return calls to help me when I have an issue online with either my Mac or iPad. Thanks, guys!!!!! Appreciate this...
