Highly recommend! If you are anywhere near the horseshoe Bend Farm Winery, it is well worth the visit. We drove an hour from Cool Springs, Franklin, TN on a Sunday afternoon after church. It's exactly that close from downtown Nashville off the 40 and well worth the drive. Gorgeous, secluded location with a panoramic view high above the Duck River. The owners are friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable about their craft. They specialize in house grown and produced fruit wines but they also make red and white wines. We did the standard tasting, which is free, and enjoyed the variety of unique wines. It was a warm day so I purchased a blended wine cooler, my wife loved the Cabernet so we picked up a bottle of Cabernet to enjoy on their deck overlooking the river and we purchased a second bottle to take home. My wife imagined hosting a baby shower at their facility. They schedule food trucks and live music so we plan to go back for the next...

I was in the area for a family reunion. My fiancée and I had a day to explore and decided to drive the hour or so to this winery. There honestly wasn't a bad flavor.

Some I enjoyed more than others and I can say the Peach (very sweet, like a dessert wine), Cucumber, and Tomato (both are more savory... good for bloody marys) wines are definitely niche and wouldn't be a regular occurrence, but they have a time and place.

The Blackberry, blueberry, Tennessee Waltz (Black & blueberry), and Strawberry were all phenomenal. Strawberry being my favorite. Waltz being my fiancée's favorite.

The staff is great and the scenery was gorgeous. We bought 4 bottles as we left and also learned that the winery does...

What a gem, Margo took very good care of us. It is a very quaint setting overlooking some fields and a river. While the wine is mostly fruit wine, it is not overly sweet, and it is exceedingly unique. We tasted a lot of different things, but ended up buying cucumber, Tomato, a Pinot Grigio and a couple of others. They strongly recommended cooking with the tomato wine. They also recommended the cucumber for cooking. Personally, I will probably be using the cucumber wine as a salad dressing, or part of the basil martini mix that they had. We normally drink things like Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and Cabernet, so this was a rapid departure, and we enjoyed it. Highly recommend...

We found this winery through Harvest Host. Horseshoe Bend Farms was a great spot to stop overnight, and a great date night location as well! The views from their lookout deck out back is beautiful! The owners Kim and Ron were awesome hosts! They grow their own blueberries and blackberries on site. Our favorites were the Cucumber wine, and Tennessee Waltz which is a combination of blueberry and blackberries! The parking area was level, and we didn't have any issues getting up to the winery. Although, the last portion is one lane at times we just drove slowly and carefully and didn't have any issues. Delicious and unique wine selection!
