Fields look alright, and there's seating on at least one of the fields, so that's perfect.
The cons are: While I'm happy to have regular bathrooms, there's rarely ever any toilet paper in there. There's also not even a spot for soap. The soap is nowhere to be found.
There's a playground, but it's for the very small kids. The area is also very small. Parking can be a challenge. You just have to be patient. My kids' favorite part is that there's always an ice cream...

It is also very close to the Fair Lakes area and has easy access to shopping and food. The park also has actual bathrooms. They are normally clean, but since they are public access, some people still tend to be disgusting. I always make sure I have wet wipes with me just to make sure I can clean the toilet up...
