Chalco Hills Recreation Area is located in northwestern Sarpy County, Nebraska, and approximately 12 miles west of downtown Omaha. Chalco Hills consists of 1,186 acres of which 246 acres is covered by Wehrspann Lake, an artificial reservoir.
