Great park for hiking as the trails are mostly in the woods. You can get a little bit of a cardio workout since you will be going up and down some inclines as there are many natural ravines throughout the woods. The hemlocks trail is one of my favorites. I recommend doing that trail in a clockwise direction so you go down the steep sets of steps rather than climbing up them. The wildflowers trail also has some steps, and while those don't have any handrails they aren't very steep and look like they have recently been redone so they are in good condition. The Meyer Center building has paper trail maps available which can be helpful as many of the trails are connected to each other and can be a little confusing.
