New Creation Farm — Attraction in Chardon Township

First time shopper at New Creation Farm. I cannot believe the selection you guys have! Sick and tired of not knowing what I’m feeding my children, due to what our government allows, it led me to google farms near me. That’s when I found you guys. So I plugged it into my waze app, which didn’t work, but Google maps did the trick. Once you pull up, you just know your money is going to a real family, and not these corporations who care only about money. The constant rising costs at the grocery stores are another reason why I chose to shop locally. BIDENOMICS are really doing a number on us hard-working Americans. The rich get richer, and we get poorer. After my shopping trip, which was so awesome btw. Even the girls helped me with my bags, I decided to look at their website. The family adopts kids and gives them a great life. There were a few kids playing outside, and they waved goodbye. Yeah I’d much rather give them the money than anyone. The bonus is I got really good food in return! I will be venturing over to get my food here from now on. Giant Eagle, you lost a great customer. Not only did I get better quality products here at this family store, but I TRUST they would never sell me meat made in metal vats. The USDA and FDA just cleared the USA (Singapore is the only other country to allow this!) to allow food companies like restaurants to feed us meat that’s made in a lab, and they don’t even have to tell us it’s not organic meat!!! What else have they don’t this with?! Now this is why I will support this local farm from here on out! Plus they have sheep and goats whom are right there!!! Overall, I wish I could give this farm 10 stars! They definitely earned it! #ShopLocal...

To be honest I have not tried their meat, however, this review is PURELY for customer service. I called looking for beef heart for to feed my extra large predatory aquarium fish and the woman I spoke with (Kristen I think..) was EXTREMELY helpful. She took down my information to let me know when they get a fresh butchered heart in and would call me to have me come in and pick it up. Then she went beyond that and said she'd get back to me tonight with either a date of their next butcher or if they had any heart from the last batch!! WONDERFUL PEOPLE A+ Customer Service! (The two previous meat lockers/farms I called were quick to say nope they wouldn't keep any hearts for me! EVEN THOUGH MOST PLACES TRASH THEM ANYWAYS!) Honestly not what I was expecting. I was expecting extremely fresh never-frozen beef at a meat counter. Instead I see a bunch of chest freezers with vacuum sealed frozen meat that you have no idea when it was frozen. Looking at some of the prices they were a little on the outrageous side I mean almost $10 for 4 Frozen burgers. Their stuff is good but not for those prices and I wish their prices were better because I'm looking for somewhere to buy a half or a whole cow but at those prices I think I'm...
