Highland Chocolates Factory Location — Attraction in Charleston Township

This is a little chocolate shop of the main shopping area in Wellsboro. We bought an assortment of chocolates and were pretty much blown away by the quality. The "bark", covered grahm crackers, peanut butter cups while you can find this stuff elsewhere (except the bark) it's all fantastic.
