Its grown since I've been there as a kid but the lack of safety and professionalism here is why my rating is so low. There is two trolleys you get to ride a super old one and a newer 1940s style. The first one was the newer one where we nearly got plowed off the track by a dump truck at the Jenky crossing they had set up. Then the older trolley that took us to the warehouse where most of the trolleys were. This conductor/driver that went by CJ was incredibly unprofessional. Talking about dying loudly on the trolley infront of a bunch of kids and their families thinking its funny? After getting us there the tour guide went on to a informative tour. While our tour was going on CJ just stood in the old static trolleys while the tour guide went on and just stared at everyone from the inside of the trolleys. Like once is funny but this guy went into every one and just stood super creepy looking/acting. Pictured below. Its $12 a person I felt like I got my moneys worth but felt rather unsafe after taking both rides.

Our neighbors extended an invitation to join them on a recent trip. I had limited expectations, initially anticipating a trolley ride and perhaps some museum artifacts. To my surprise, we spent several enjoyable hours there, and everyone, including the children, thoroughly appreciated the experience. It is truly an impressive destination. Upon purchasing tickets, visitors have the opportunity to ride one of the trolleys as many times as they wish. The knowledgeable volunteer staff provided us with detailed information and answered all our questions. The facility features a gift shop, a small theater showcasing a short film, an exhibition area, an interactive section for children, a trolley-themed playground, and a large building containing numerous trolleys, many of which are accessible for exploration. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for visitors of all ages.

Excellent museum on electric transportation. I have been a member for a few years now and my 5 yo loves it there. The facility is very well run, the volunteers are very friendly and take time to explain the collection, how the cars work and are great with kids. They are constantly upgrading and rehabbing the collection as well as the line. For those concerned about covid-19, the staff does an amazing job keeping everything clean. Currently, they are working on a very large expansion of their facilities as well. This is an excellent location for adult and kids of all ages. Additionally there are several events during the year, geared towards children and adults alike. They have a handicap accessible car as well. Very highly recommended!

We had so much fun! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. When you first get there, you purchase your tickets in the gift shop (which are good all day). Then you walk out to the platform. There are 2 different Trolley rides. The first Trolley is an old time passenger car with windows. That one takes you for a 15 min ride around and back to the station. The other Trolley is an open car with no doors. That one takes you to the museum. There are lots of old cars starting with the very first cars. It was really neat to learn about them and how they progressed over time. My 4 year old had a great time too. I would definitely recommend.

We stopped to visit for the Daniel Tiger event. Though the breakfast felt a bit rushed, we enjoyed the whole event. You take a trolley ride to the museum. The volunteer conductors were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. On our way back to the parking lot, our trolley had to wait for another trolley car. The volunteer explained what was going on. He also explained the history of the trolley we were on. He also talked to us about the other trolley which was the actual Streetcar named Desire. Each trolley had information about what it was near it. We also could go inside a few and see what they were like.
