The map says 15 miles is more like nine of actual trails pretty rocky slow going trails. We were on Raptors pretty much the whole trail in second gear the other 6 miles I believe is the gravel road relatively close to the cities to just get out and ride. It is kind of cool that they have a shooting range. Next time I would bring guns pretty easy trails maybe not easy enough for beginner on a motorcycle or kids on small quads due to the big rocks.

Very nice family safe trails nothing major on the south loop north loop was too deep for 2wd Chinese quads. People were shooting, I looked at that as a positive won't be no bears or cougars around. North road was washed out and blocked off. Only down side is the road in is long and rough. South loop is well maintained not sure of the north loop. Took about hour and a half at a family pace taking a few pictures along the way.

Went on Jan. 17t, a 36 Degree day. Not a soul on the trails, 4-5 inches of snow here and there. It was wonderful getting some break in time on my new machine, saw lots of wildlife, deer and even 8 Eagles. It was smooth sailing. I actually prefer riding the trails in the winter if temps. are within my comfort range. It appears they have been doing some grooming so maybe Next Summer will be great riding! I recommend!

I like the area. Have to agree with others on the trash though. I don't know why people feel it's their right to trash the target area. I can't blame the park for the trash. Other than that the trails are fun. There are berms that build up and mud when it's been raining. I also ran into three down hill rock gardens and one going uphill. It was quite a challenge being my second time out on a dirt bike. Fun enough to consider going again for...
