Went to a birthday party at Cheshire Hollow. The farm was great and the kids had a great time. But, the woman who ran the party was so rude. The party was supposed to be over at 5pm and she started TURNING off the lights at 4:40 saying they were closing the farm. I got there at 3:20, only 20 minutes late and the kids already ate pizza, saw the bunnies and the chickens and played in the barn... 20 minutes late... The party was extremely rushed and one of the adults went to get another cup of coffee and was told the party was over and that the coffee she was preparing was for the next day. This interaction was around 4:30. The woman seemed aggravated the whole time. For a 2 hour party, the kids should get the most they can and the parents should get what they paid for. I was the last one to leave and I pulled out of the driveway at 4:50pm... 10 minutes before the party was supposed to end. I’m so disappointed at the staff and how inconvenient they made party goers feel. Again, the kids loved it. The animals were cute and they were able to interact with them but the service was TERRIBLE.
Case and point rude as seen in the owners...
Read moreI took my daughter it was only her and I on the tour with the guide. I liked that it was very private and we had the farm to ourselves. Never felt rushed. I would go there again and also would recommend it if you want to do something special with your child. I wanted a Daddy Daughter day and it was amazing. Seeing my daughter so happy made it all worth it. I read reviews after my visit. I didn’t want to be biased. I can’t see why anyone would say the guide is rude. She was accommodating and interactive. I even learned things I didn’t know about the animals. She let my daughter and I pet all the animals and feed them. I really can’t find one negative thing to say about my experience here. It was punctual, the grounds are well kept, she was sweet to my child, and above all I enjoyed the...
Read moreWe had our scouts visit the farm, and I can not say enough about the customer service and the experience they had! The kids took a nature walk, played in a barn, fed ponies, learned to call the cows home, pet pigs, and fed baby goats. They held baby bunnies, and got up close to chickens and horses. They had a great time, it was a beautiful day and it was memorable. I heard about them after attending a birthday party for my friends' daughter. They did a hayride, and visited many of the animals. It was a great experience, I recommend having your...
