Adaline Acres — Attraction in Chester

I was never the type of girl who had her “dream” wedding all planned out in her head prior to getting engaged. I came across Adaline Acres’ social media pages probably a few months before I even got engaged and remembered showing my then-boyfriend that the venue was so pretty and brand new by the water! Fast forward a few months later, in 12/2018 he proposes and then about a month after that in 01/2019, we immediately made an appointment to tour Adaline Acres. They had just started their business at the time and was off and running with all sorts of tours and bookings and upon meeting their team, we knew that the venue was us and we didn’t even tour any additional venues. Between all the property space available, the ballroom, the bridal suite, and the scenic river, we loved every aspect of the property. We booked the first week of 02/2019. We steadily planned for 1.5 years for our 10/10/2020 wedding and with all things COVID related, the Adaline Acres crew was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. I recently hosted a high school reunion at Adaline Acres, and the venue was a dream. The place is situated on a beautiful piece of property, with views of the James and a serene outdoor area. One helpful thing is that the main banquet room is already decked out in some lovely lighting and fabric treatments (check out the pictures on their site) that are versatile enough to go with most any theme or event, so you don't feel like you have to bring in a ton of decor beyond flowers if you're into flowers. The staff is responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Everything about the facility was squeaky clean and our caterers and bartenders were easily able to get set up with pretty much no hand-holding. Was there for my friend 20 year High School reunion. It was an evening engagement so I didn't to see much but from what I could see through the double doors looked to be a calm and enchanting view of a lake. The inside was very spacious and the company that they hire to bartend their events are very professional. I talked to them for the last 40 mins. They kept our cups full.
