Too much branches at boat ramp.Fishing damned near unfishable due to that issue.DAYVILE..SAND. BARGES HAVE RUINED WHOLE AREA FOR FISHING OR CANOES...KAYAKS ONLY...CLEAN UP THE RESERVOIR--PLACE IS NICE BUT TOO MUCH NATURAL DERBRI.& STATE WON'T SPEND $ TO MAKE BOTH SPOTS EASIER FOR BOATERS & FISHERMAN...ALSO..HANDICAPPED PEOPLE STILL HAVE A HARD HIKE TO...

Growing up in Huntington, this was my favorite local destination to walk. I still love going back there. The view from the dam is spectacular. Wildlife abounds, including an occasional bald eagle sighting. This place will always hold a special place in my heart. My mother took me here, and I took my children. Now I take my granddaughter...

Little Ville Lake is a reservoir with the damn located in Huntington.

The water extends all the way into town of Chester.

There is a boat access from both sides but the Huntington side is better maintained.

Excellent spot for kayaking canoeing...
