Chuckster's — Attraction in Chichester

Enjoyable 18 miniature golf course. I had a Value Pack coupon. I actually got a hole in one and no one saw. The one in Hooksett is more challenging. Staff cleans the golf equipment. I liked the zipline, even though it's short. A moderate challenge to climb up to it. Smaller kids did have a little challenge securing their safety harness to the safety wire while climbing the rope bridge. The Timber Trek looked interesting, but, I was short on time. The electric go-karts were fun. I tried the Mint Explosion ice-cream. It was good, but, a little overpriced due to size. Bathroom was in decent shape. Ran out of paper towels. I told the manager and he took care of it right away. Other attractions for the kids. Climbing wall, games and other climbing challenges. Batting cages as well. I think all the park asks is that you social distance. A big shout out to the staff! They were friendly and some were outgoing. A special needs individual had a meltdown at the go-kart track. He hit a bystander and the mother of the special needs individual. The staff stepped in to assist and did the best they could until the police arrived. One staff member ran and got water 💦 for the individual, who calmed down when the police stood in front of him. The manager was able to let people leave the go-kart area without having to go near the situation. Great job guys! I recommend a visit. Park is family friendly....

They told us at the beginning of the go-karts not to bump into anyone or we would be kicked off the track. This kid in orange kept bumping into me and my little brother trying to pass me. He went between my little sister and the guardrail when she was stuck in the middle of the track in need of assistance, and slammed into her. No one gave him a warning. He backended my little brother shoving him in the the guardrail. He was ganged up on and spun out, stopping all the karts. No warning. Eventually he slammed into the side of my kart, knocking me into the guardrail, and passed me. No one gave him a warning. This kid made the fun go-kart ride a nightmare for our families outing. The only one who didn’t get slammed on the side was my mother’s boyfriend who kept swerving to miss the kid’s advances. Everything else was fine. Good food, loved the ice cream. My younger siblings said the bumper boats were fun. My sister, dad, and I enjoyed the Zipline a lot. It’s just that kid. That little monster. So my daughter did the jumping thong where you can do flips and the worker felt really bad when my daughter fell out of the harness which could have been dangerous but it happened right when she raised her. In addition it pulled her pants down in front of everyone. The worker fixed the harness bit by that point my daughter was scared. The worker gave me back my ticket and said to ask for another attraction or a refund for the one thing. I went up to the booth to do that where a young girl said she was the manager and was laughing and when I said that it was not funny she said she remembered me from last year and I am unsure of what that means but this was dangerous and embarrassing and then to be treated without empathy is not acceptable. I never asked for anyth8ng for free and in fact just wanted them to know to do a good check before raising the kids off ground level and maybe something of equal value to compensate for my daughter. Never had an issue before with this place but this is over the top....
