Beautiful lake. Water is generally very clear and clean. Fewer camps than most lakes in area so the boat traffic was minimal. Went up river another 1/2 mile and it was still deep enough for kayaks. Looks like a great place to explore and do serious birding. The launch is an IWF treasure and makes it so much nicer to get in and out.

Nice and deep so you don't have to worry about bottoming out your boat. Wasn't too busy with boats either. Didn't catch any fish...
