Butterfield Park — Attraction in Chino Hills

This is a nice and quiet park. Playground is clean and pick up basketball is played although I never see the courts full for long periods of time. The local AYSO organization uses the park to also hold practices during the week. Dogs are sometimes off leashes and you can catch a small group with a blanket hanging out or an individual spread out on a blanket with the book they are reading. There a guy that is there weekly that is practicing/possibly filming his martial arts routines which is cool to watch and hear. Fair warning, ants are bad in some areas and will invade your unattended items if you are close to the hills and tarantulas come out...

Nice park with Baskin and volleyball court. Additional space to play soccer too !! There is a small trail in the park around mini hill. only one shade for picnic table. People need to be careful when walking their small pets. The park is surrounded by packs of coyotes on the other side of the fence where the hills are. A firetruck siren sounded a half a mile away, and heard what sounded like 10 coyotes howling at the siren from the hills adjacent to the park around 8:30 PM. Overall...
