A nice rink. One of the colder ones in the area but the ice is great and the competition put on by their youth hockey teams are a lot of fun.
We were part of a game where a special needs kid was their head coach for a day. It was a dream come true for him. They did a pregame ceremony for him as if it were a professional game. With introductions and hand shakes.
Unfortunately, our team came up on the losing side of that contest, but afterwards I asked him if this was his first win as a head coach. He smiled and said yes and was extremely excited.
It was a great game to be a part of and a great thing to be a part of something special for a kid who was able have a day out of a dream for him.

Read morePotentially a great playground, however, due to the fact that it is not monitored, it's being neglected. The last few times I was there, I was stuck with kids who were not mine while their parents partied and smoked weed. I was less than impressed.
Typically, this playground is handicap accessible. Oftentimes, these tools are broken. It has a great walking trail around and even has a community pool.
The zipline is great, but again, abused. It's been broken numerous times. This used to be our favorite playground, but we are now choosing alternatives, unfortunately.

Read moreGraduated Casey Park back in 2014 and it was a great school! Many fun memories were made and the teachers I had were super sweet! I came to visit about a month ago and many teachers noticed me instantly and we had friendly conversations. There is a new park that was build and it’s perfect for all ages! There’s even a toddler section for the little ones. The gymnasium teachers are funny and keep the kids in good spirits.
