Tina and Teresa. I came here to print use the Internet, print documents off and try to fax them. When it came to the printing aspect of it, I was completing some documents online and then when I attempted to print off the documents from the computer to send to the library's printer, it would not successfully go through.
Teresa, one of the employee's there helped me by searching up the document and printing off blank documents for me. This helped, but I wanted to type on the respective documents as my handwriting is not the best so I eventually was able to print off the documents with both the help of Teresa and Tina. They were diligent in rooting down the cause of what was making it unable to print. They were very patient when it came to this aspect.
They were even more patient for the next part, the attempting of faxing documents that I printed off. They both tirelessly tried to fax my documents to the place that I wanted them to go, but was unsuccessful. First, Teresa took two great attempts to fax the documents, couple minutes apart from each other. These were unsuccessful. Tina then attempted to try to fax them. This was unsuccessful too. I thanked them both for their efforts.
These two employees deserve a raise for being so patient, kind, willing and dedicated to their job. I was just a visitor and yet they displayed a professionalism and welcoming environment. I will use this library again because these two are awesome. Thank you.
Edit. Forgot the honorable mention of Tina providing me a piece of paper to fold over my documents,...
Read moreI fell, sprawled out, in front of the desk a couple of years ago. 100% my own fault. My shoe sole dragged on the carpet and I went flying. I wiped out one of the chairs sitting in front of the desk. The younger girl that works there looked at me, then continued on with her business. I picked up the chair, did what I needed to do on the computer, then left. There were several ppl in the library. No one noticed apparently. I’m 65, had I seen someone fall as the library worker did, I’d have been right around that desk to offer help. Involuntary reaction for me. I’m surprised she didn’t film me with her phone for posting to social media 🙄 Sad to see what people have become 😢
They have a lot of computers for public use, I am very appreciative of this, they have a decent selection of books and other things you can check out. Do NOT go here after about 2:30pm. The parking lot is used for school kid pickups and the library is apparently used as a daycare. Horribly loud...
Read moreI've been coming here since before they were in this building. So, a really REALLY long time ago! I've used this library for everything. Summer reading program, book club, homework help, checking out my favorite books over and over again. The ladies that work here may seem aloof, but they are very friendly when they are engaged. They just seem that way because, well, they are librarians and they are supposed to be quiet! As an adult, I come here for intentional study. I now have home resources but prefer to study here because I have less distractions than at home. I see other reviews complain about the noise when school lets out at the JR and High school. I just play white noise into my headphones and it really...
