This is a hidden gem. American wines never get the credit they deserve. The owner was very friendly & accommodating. They were closed for the off-season, yet he made a special exception to provide a private wine tasting for me to try his dry reds. The full-bodied Pinot Noir reserve has robust aromas & fruity notes, yet finishes smooth. It's moderate tannin level has your middle pallette begging for another drink. You can tell they have put an immense amount of effort into making this absolutely perfect. The Blaufränkish - Noiret Reserve was a pleasant surprise. It's tannins are alive in this one! This reserve is bold in its presence & demands its place among the rest. The aroma & spices will tickle your brain with an experience you've never had before. This Austrian treasure has roots that have been buried too long & the winemaker has used French artistry to give it wings. A must buy! Last, but not least, Red Mélanges is currently a 2017 vintage bringing harmony to the forefront. It's a beautiful melody of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon & Chambourcin elegantly dressed in French & American oak. It's subtle earthy tone & tantalizing bouquet of fruits will bring you back to the days you've been longing for. If you're a fan of dry reds these are for you. If your looking for an elegant experience while embraced by the natural scenery only Michigan can provide I highly recommend you make an appointment. You will not be disappointed. Plus, I guarantee you will learn something new if you get a chance to speak with...

Happen to find this little gem hidden away in Ocean County, New Era, Mi area. Greg and Renee have a little gem there. Call ahead which Greg really likes so they can give you the attention that you so deserve when you go to this little place. Don't expect anything major or fancy. This place is small and very delightful. They will show you care like the other ones will not. They're just willing to push their stuff through you. Into us the one-on-one touch is what it makes this place. Believe they had about 12 wines for us to go through. We picked the five wine tasting menu, so we tasted roughly eight different wines. We ended up ordering the Oceana White which was a very delightful white wine with a light fruit taste and is one of the favorites. Actually won an award a while back. Price was $26 for the bottle. And we already went through it. Tacoma a couple of small tasting glasses as well. It's down a little dirt road, so look for it carefully. But you will be pleasantly surprised. They don't offer food but they offer wheat crackers to cleanse your pallet while you're doing the tasting. They do not have an issue with you bringing in your food to have with the wine. Little small garden area to sit at. They have limited hours, so look ahead of time. Please give Greg and Renee all the business that you can, it is so well deserved!! This is...

We came here as a small group to quietly celebrate a bride to be! We wanted to stay safe during Covid so we were able to reserve a time to come after hours. It was so wonderful! The view is beautiful overlooking the vineyard and the seating is enjoyable and relaxing with cute string lighting to set the ambiance. The wines are so wonderful and I ended up buying a couple bottles to take home. I spoke with the owner Greg who described in great detail the care and time that is taken into the wines. I really appreciate the fact that he does not like to use sulfates in his wines. We felt very well cared for here and you can tell they genuinely enjoy hosting all who come. People visit this winery from all over the world! This is a hidden gem winery that you...

Tiny boutique winery and vineyard. This was our first experience both in this part of Michigan and also trying wine tasting at the source. The setting is lovely and had it not been as chilly we would love enjoyed sitting on the Adirondack chairs, wooden rockets and seating nestled in the trees. We tired a wine flight and we were educated by the owner Greg on the varieties we were trying, what ice wine was etc-clearly we were learning from someone who was passionate about their craft. We loved the wine , sitting near the heater tasting, and yes we had to grab some to take home cause it was lovely.
