One of the most beautiful places we have ever been. The views are amazing! We stayed in a 1 bedroom cabin on the stream. It was RIGHT ON the stream. Incredible! The cabin itself is very rustic. Do not go into it expecting a luxury experience. It is far from that. Has everything needed though. Beds were comfortable, furnace heated the cabin sufficiently on a cold night (temps in 40s), stove/fridge/microwave in working order. We spent most of our time outside though because as I said before it is one of the most beautiful places we've been to. I could sit on that porch and watch the stream all day. We also did the trout fishing & gem mining. Trout fishing was very fun & a great experience. Gem mining was ok. I believe it is priced correctly. Definitely worth it for $5 a bucket. If it was more it wouldn't be worth it. Staff was very friendly. Overall we loved it & would definitely...

We stayed at the rv campsites for a week.

We arrived at night so it was a little difficult to find our way considering the camping sites are up the hill above the fishing area. The sites were also little difficult to get in and out of themselves. There is no (t-mobile) signal at the sites and the camp WiFi is only available at the entrance by the shop.

Despite all that, we had a WONDERFUL time. Andy’s is a well rounded campground in a great location. The sites and bathrooms were clean and quiet. The camp area was mostly empty throughout the week (Thanksgiving week). Everyone was so nice, helpful and welcoming and our kids had a great time exploring the grounds. Let me emphasize: There is SO much to do here and in the surrounding area. We weren’t able to do everything we wanted to do.

I would certainly return to Andy’s and recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a great...

Such a wonderful place and Melanie was the best! My husband and I stayed a couple of nights in a cozy cabin with the river roaring right outside. The cabin had all the amenities that you would need to include a covered porch with two rocking chairs and a BBQ grill. The only exception was there was no TV, which was wonderful because our whole purpose was to unwind and unplug. We were able to bring our dog (fur baby) with us and he got to enjoy the great outdoors, as well as some Ritz crackers (his all time favorite) from Melanie. We enjoyed the scenery, sunshine, and of course the fishing! It had been about 5 years since I've been and I got 4 trout (my own personal limit) that we enjoyed that night. I could have fished all day if I had wanted too! I can't wait to visit again. Thank you to everyone at Andy's Trout Farm for making our weekend getaway a...

Andy’s is a 4th of July vacation tradition for us. There are always plenty of good size trout to catch. It’s best to show up right when they open if you are coming just to fish. You can bring your own tackle or they provide everything you need if you don’t. If you don’t want to worry with cleaning, they take care of that for $1 per fish. This is not catch and release. If you catch it you keep it and you pay by the pound. My sister and I cost my dad about $100 here back in the 80’s. My dad enjoyed the payback when my kids did the same last year. It’s always fun and the fish fry is tasty.

Took my boys here to get a taste of trout fishing. We had a blast! We caught 18 fish in about 2 house. The folks that run this place were absolutely wonder. We drove an hour to go here and it was worth the drive. They change $5.50 per pound of fish you catch. We caught 18 fish, 13 lbs worth, they clean them for a $1 each, and we bought worms from them to fish with. Our total bill was $81.00 for 2 hours of fun and memories of catching our first ever trout. We were visiting from Florida.
