Indian Valley Reservoir — Attraction in Clearlake

Went in Jan 2019. Lake level down drastically. No bites yet. Still too cold. Lots of rain recently. I heard lake level is up and temperatures warming up now too. May 27 2019 update. Visited with the intention of camping for 3-4 days. We drove ~20 miles in from the southern end to the northern end of the reservoir, and finally decided to head back. Dispersed sites are loaded with trash - furniture, discarded fans, diapers, hygiene products, broken glass, etc. I filled a contractor grade trash bag with what I could, but didn't want to camp in a dump.
