Garden Grocer Delivery LLC — Attraction in Clermont

Absolutely horrendous grocery delivery service and non-existent customer service. I ordered a grocery and alcohol order for delivery at a Disney resort at least a couple months out. They charged my credit card right away. Communication regarding said grocery delivery order on the day of was entirely inadequate (only one text), and our order was missing over fifteen items (Bell Services at the resort confirmed that there were no other missing bags) I called their customer service number at least a dozen times, if not more, in our week long stay to try and resolve the issue and get the missing items re-delivered with no success. I left multiple messages on their "customer service line" where no one ever, ever answered the phone, and where no one EVER returned my call. I sent multiple e-mails to their email contact and again NEVER received a response. I received an e-mail from them asking for my rating and review (which of course, will NEVER be published to their website, only glorious reviews there, right?) and no one ever got back to me to refund my missing items. It impacted our vacation, no doubt, as I relied on these items for the week and had already paid. This is a total sham of a company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

• update * Updating my review to say that the company finally refunded part of my order on my credit card; but only after they likely saw my reviews on social platforms as I was never directly contacted either by phone nor e-mail to inform me that they would provide a refund. That alone is disturbing. The delay in the refund is also suspect. Regardless, I appreciate that they did the right thing, albeit three and a half months after the fact. The fact, however, remains that our vacation was directly impacted by not receiving what we had paid for and by not having the issue rectified while...

ZERO STARS! Terrible terrible terrible. I requested a refund over 30 days ago. I was told it would be within 30 days I got the refund, we are now over 30 days- you can’t call anyone cause no number is in service, I’ve sent numerous emails. Contacted via Facebook and no one replies!

That’s great they have good review for completed orders BUT if you need customer service or any refund they have several reviews stating the same issues! Beware people!!! Awful customer service, it doesn’t matter if they are good at delivering, they have no problem keeping people’s money for a service they didn’t do!

I used Garden grocer for the first time this week due to my son's senior trip to Disney. I wanted my son and his friends to have some snacks and drinks for the few days they were there. Best company ever! I placed my order, made a call about delivery due to an error on my part and Garden Grocer was very accommodating! My son's groceries were delivered the day he arrived a Disney! Garden Grocer was helpful,accommodating and the young lady I spoke to on the phone was Awesome! Thank you so much! Also, they have a great open communication via email as well! You receive a text and email to confirm your order was delivered! I will definitely use Garden Grocer again and recommend them as well. I think prices were reasonable as well!! Way to go...
