Luxe Jet Ski & ATV Rentals Orlando — Attraction in Clermont

We were a group of seven and unfortunately did not enjoy our experience. Prior to arriving, we were told that IDs were not required for anyone under 17. However, when we got there, we were informed otherwise and asked to provide IDs for our teenagers. Had we known, they would have brought their school IDs.

The tour itself felt extremely strict. While I understand and appreciate the importance of safety, the rules were overly rigid—no phones, no swerving, no standing on the ATV (even briefly), no going fast—basically, no room to actually enjoy the ride. It felt more like a boot camp than a fun ATV tour.

I spent $700 on this experience, and honestly, I had more fun riding go-karts at Fun Spot for under $100. To top it off, we had three tour guides for our small group of seven, which seemed unnecessary and only added to the overly controlled vibe.

Luxe Watersports exceeded all my expectations! Hector, Luis & Paula were absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel like VIPs. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of extraordinary.

The jet skis and boats were in pristine condition, and the staff provided thorough instructions and safety guidelines, ensuring our adventure was both thrilling and safe. The breathtaking views of Orlando's sparkling waters combined with the adrenaline rush of riding the jet skis created memories that will last a lifetime.

I cannot recommend Luxe Watersports enough - their exceptional service and attention to detail truly set them apart. Paula returned my phone call before operating hours, Hector held our belongings safely in his car because we were dropped off and Luis took the best videos of us so we wouldn't damage our phones. Everyone worked together as a team to assure our team of 16 had the best experience! They were on the water assisting anyone who needed it. I mean... 20/10 for customer service &...

We did UTV's and Seadoos! For the Seadoos, Alex Alvarez was awesome. He showed us everything. How to ride safely. When and how to turn safely or avoid collisions. I don't know how he did it but he took top-notch elite professional pictures AND video of me out in the water by driving along side me while taping me! Blown away by the effort he put in. Seemed like he loves his job. The lake was very clean and easy. No big waves or anything dangerous. Just calm clear waters.

For the UTV's, Jason Teal was an exceptional instructor and guide. He had a very calming effect. Explaining clear instructions. Told us when puddles are coming up to we can prepare to get splashed! He showed us different live animals along the way. He checked multiple times if we needed anything. This guy even wiped the mud from both our goggles. Seriously thoughtful. Just a heads up... there will be mud! Fun times!

Overall, I'd highly recommend this establishment if you want to have fun excursions but also want to be safe with people who care. I hope to see them...
