We just moved to Clifton a short time ago and are slowly getting to know the area. This little park is really nice and well maintained. This park is right next to the Tennessee River, with steps that go down to the riverbank. There are some small tables and grills located in shady spots along the river, and there's a Pavillion with tables, too. I really like that there's a Splash Pad at the park, along with a small play area. The park is spread out along the riverfront, so there's ample space for multiple people to utilize the park and not be in each other's way. There's a public restroom available, and I'm happy to say that the ladies room seems to be well kept. Plenty of toilet paper, trash not overflowing, and appears to be cleaned regularly. I didn't look in the men's side, but my guess is it's just as well kept. It's a pretty quiet area, as it's not heavily populated, so hanging out along the river for some peace and relaxation, or just enjoying the outdoors and the scenery is always available. Watch the sun go down across the water, listen to the constant ripples from boats that are constantly going back and forth.
