What happened to the quality of your snow crab legs? I bought a pound around the holidays and the legs themselves were dirty. When I steamed them they smelled fishy and of course tasted fishy. It tasted awful and we threw it out. I tried one more time last weekend. I wanted to celebrate with my family but when I went to pick out the crab legs on Saturday Feb 5th, the only clean snow crab legs were all broken into pieces. I asked the nice young man if I could please see some other legs as it was a special dinner. The older man was rude and told me they are full clusters just all separated legs. I picked out what I could, but when I cooked them half of the legs had no meat in them! I mean claws had no meat in them. I have bought here many times and this was so disappointing. I always get good King Crab legs but the snow is not worth the money any more. What happened did you change distributors? So disappointed for a dinner that was supposed to be a big...

Ordered 2 18 Oz lobster tails and shrimp cocktail @ $100+ for NYE the worst lobster we have had in the 20+ years. We ordered a couple years back and it was just ok. My husband was having difficulty finding larger tails and Andreas had them. He asked questions of the salesman and was treated rudely. My husband knows how to cook lobster..better than any 5* resturant. This was the worst lobster ever. Mushy and tastless My cats would not even eat it. The shrimp was also medicore have had better from Kroger. $100 went right in the garbage. Don't plan a special event and order from Andreas in Clinton twp! Not a Happy New...

I have been buying my NYE 16 plus ounce each lobster tails from Andrea's for the past 5 years, this will be my last. First of all, the man behind the counter was not paying attention to my questions and was rude and avoiding giving responses. I have been cooking lobster tails for 20 plus years and know what I am doing, the two I purchased on December 30th turned out horrible! The way they cooked up, appeared to have been thawed and re-frozen before I bought them, I will NEVER go back and would not recommend this...
