The Conservatory Antique Shop — Attraction in Clinton Township

After passing by 100s of times, what looks like a quaint little shop. Today I stopped in and wow was I wrong about the size and what this building/ business held. I couldn’t stop shopping and looking around. From trinkets & treasures to clothing & household items the antique basement and main floor have any and all vintage items you can think of! Although I didn’t have enough time to spend in the upstairs I plan on coming back & learning a lot more about their tea blends & herbal education. I recommend spending an afternoon with a coffee to browse & shop around, it was hard to stop picking things up everywhere I looked, I found something I liked. Holly & Todd were so helpful & kind I can’t wait to stop back in!

Oh my cuteness! I have been meaning to come in for a while. I found the shop on Instagram and have been seeing all the cute posts and vendors for a bit and was always impressed. Wow! I'm so happy we finally came in. Two floors of awesomeness. Main floor and a basement full of vintage and antiques. There are quite a few booths and everyone has a distinct style and niche. So refreshing. Everything is nicely curated and everyone working was very friendly. I am definitely looking forward to our next visit. I can't wait to see what we find next time. This shop has a really awesome assortment of vintage consignments and has so much to look through - sadly they do sell racist memorabilia- see below. Prices are fair. Staff was super friendly and helped me to my car.

The glaring negative for me is the racist golliwog dolls from the Jim Crow era. They are anti Black. Racist Artifacts can be donated to The Jim Crow Museum in Big Rapids, Michigan they accept donations of racist artifacts / imagery.
