Waterman Winery & Vineyards, Inc. — Attraction in Clinton Township

Such a great experience! We did the self-guided vineyard tour, which came with 5 tastings, a bottle to take home, a souvenir glass, and a pass to look around their vineyards all for $25 a person. Everyone there was super friendly, and we learned a lot about their wine and winemaking. The wines were delicious and are on the fruitier side, but there is a wide selection from dry to sweet for both red and white wines. The scenery is beautiful and was a perfect relaxing getaway for the weekend! We visited the winery today, we had a wonderful time. We had a tasting and drove to the vineyard, we were able to drive our car through the vineyard. We parked at the beach/fire pit and walked leisurely through the vines and growing grapes.

Then drove back to tasting room and tasted four more wines. Yes you get 5 tastings in your entrance ticket and a bottle of wine to go.

We sat outside and talked with Terry(owner), for about an hour. We learned the history and of his travels to different wineries.

My husband and I had a wonderful time visiting Waterman Winery & Vineyard. We arrived close to closing time, so we weren't able to tour the Vineyard. Trish made us feel so comfortable and welcoming, she was very informative about their wines and grapes. The wines were amazing, the atmosphere was great. We went home with 6 bottles of wine.
