Great place in town to go for a stroll while learning about all sorts of plants and trees. Very peaceful park-like setting to just unwind and be mindful. Safe and quiet place to take the kids as well, to do some exploring.

Bring and use gnat spray as well as Deet. Deet in the form of deep woods off did nothing to repel the gnats. Swarms. It's a beautiful place, but we were bit up in a matter of minutes.

A beautiful place to take a long walk and see all kinds of plants you won't normally see. I especially loved the evergreens! Some of them look like they came from another world. There is plenty to explore here, and it is definitely worth checking out. If you have a love of plants or an urge to get away from the daily grind and find some peace, this is an amazing oasis right...

I live right here locally and visit the Bickelhaupt Arboretum frequently. Although I spend most of my time here during summer tagging monarch butterflies winter, fall, & spring are beautiful here too. It is well taken care of. The restrooms are clean the man who takes care of the landscaping is very nice & knowledgeable about flowers &...

A great place to bring children to see a wide variety of plants. My daughter loves running around taking in the brightly colored flowers and sitting under the trees. Educational plaques are unobtrusive to the view but informative. On site facilities are adequate. Overall, this is a great free experience for those interested in this type...
