This is a rustic campground, meaning no power. I love this place! Me and my wife camp here as often as possible. It's one of our favorite campgrounds. The price is good ($17/ night) I hear they may be going up later this year or next year. The grounds are all well maintained, as well as the toilets, which are basically outhouses, but they stay stocked up. The new park is nice, and the lake was wonderful. We were there for a week in our tent. It's a bit noisy sometimes on the weekends, but during the week it's generally quiet. You won't hear many animals except the random raccoon in the weekends. During the week though when most people are cleared out and you have almost the whole place to yourself, you can hear about everything, coyotes, owls, other raccoons chattering and arguing. It was great. Only real problems we had was some people at a different campsite decided to blast music till after midnight when a thunderstorm came through and they got soaked, screamed a little then were silent the rest of the night. The other problem was paper hornets, come to find out some kids had destroyed their nest a couple days before we got there. We probably wouldn't have had such a problem with them if not for that. I would avoid using a blue awning, when we were packing up, we took that down and they didn't seem to come around as much, so there's that. They also have lots of walking and riding trails that have some nice scenery to look at while walking a dog or looking for a good walking stick to carve. It's a great place for rustic camping. We'll definitely...

EDIT We cut our visit short after realizing drugs we're being dealt out of the park and had lots of traffic at all times of day/night when there was only 1 other camper out there. Also was approached by some homeless (the other camper in the park) asking to get into our car to charge their phone. TIL don't go...
