Lady at the check in window… is very wonderful and so kind. She made my day with a coffee I smelt it and mentioned the heavenly smell of coffee. Wouldn’t ya know it I was offered a cup. That was a great start of the morning. She didn’t have to but she did a wonderful thing. Thank you sweetheart of a receptionist. I don’t know your name but you are a true treasure. Guardshack lady was pretty terrific too. Was my first time here and she guided me as what to do and where I was permitted to park for check in. They have overnight parking here. Way worse than the worst coolers I’ve been too. Truckers make sure you have enough patience. It’s a very long wait to get loaded (easy 15+ hours). Only book a load from this place if you’re getting enough compensation for your wasted time. The whole facility is a dirt lot with no amenities for drivers. Guard shack staff is very polite. Onsite staging/parking area but it’s full most of the times.
