Spearhead Trails — Attraction in Coeburn

Poor Customer Service. Received a Citation from a Trail Ranger on the Pocahontas Trail System and I cannot get anyone to answer the telephone in Coeburn, VA main office to pay the citation. Please review the telephone calls that come in, as people usually need assistance when calling your office. I have left messages, no return call. 😡 I think if you don't have anyone to answer calls, then you should have a way to pay online and then you wouldn't have to have someone to answer telephone calls. We have been riding this trail system for several years and we were amazed and disappointed by the amount of great Black trails that have been shut down. A good trail system should have a diverse group of trails for beginners up to experienced riders. If you are looking for a fun technical ride go somewhere else.
