City Park — Attraction in Coeur d'Alene

Visited in August and had a fantastic experience. The weather was perfect—cool with a light breeze, making it comfortable to walk around and relax. The park felt very safe and was impressively clean. This is the second time in 3 weeks I've stopped at this park, and the bathrooms were locked. It was 9 a.m., this time on Thursday morning, and my 84 year old mother, who has difficulty walking, needed to use the facilities. I felt so bad for her, and disgusted...
