I had an amazing experience with LinkedCDA for permanent jewelry. Had family in town last year this time and our group popped in and they accommodated us and took the time to help us. It was such a great experience that when my family came back into town this year we had a book another appointment with linked to CDA. I was having trouble booking online for multiple people sent a message before hours not expecting to get such a fast reply and within minutes, I had a voice reply and getting everything set up beyond grateful for the attention to detail this business owner has. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. They took the time to explain everything, ensuring we were all comfortable and excited about our choices. I’ve been to linked multiple times for permanent bracelets and anklets which are always fitted beautifully. I’ve had items replaced that have been tarnished without charge as they honor their warranty. I’ve even had my anklets removed and then put back on because of pregnancy.

My last trip in I took my 2 month little girl in to get her ears pierced by Tessa. She did a beautiful job and was very careful with the earring placement. Everything was very clean and earrings were sterilized. The earrings are very dainty and have a flat back so I don’t have to worry about my little girl being poked. There were two piercers present in case they needed to do both ears at once. I arrived two hours prior to my appointment and was provided numbing gel for her ears. The service from all ladies had been amazing. I did purchase my first ever permanent bracelet, I think I wasn't sure what I was expecting, I thought it first bracelet I purchase was sturdy, I am an everyday type of jewelry wearer but the one I saw I thought would be perfect for me, unfortunately it fell off within two days and I was very sad. I called the store and the owner was so nice about it I came in and picked a whole different bracelet that was sturdy. If you are an every day jewelry wearer and work with hands I suggest something thick. Ally suggested the perfect bracelet for me for working with my hands. Thank you!
